WHEN WILL MATERIALS SHIP? We will begin shipping all orders after the labor Day Long Weekend. If you’d like would like your materials sent prior to September, please send your confirmation number and details of your request to occmaterials@samaritan.ca. If you have any other questions regarding ordering materials, please feel free to call us at 1-800-303-1269 (between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, Monday-Friday).

You can still place an order by phone, so feel free to call us at 1-800-303-1269 (between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. mountain time) or send us an email. Once we know your location, we’ll let you know how soon a courier can deliver the materials to your address.
Think outside the box! Other ideas to get materials faster:
- Rather than ordering and waiting for shoeboxes to arrive, visit a local mall or shoe store and ask for their surplus empty shoeboxes. It's faster, easier and good for the environment!
- Consider shopping at a local store and buying sturdy, clear, plastic storage containers for filling. This type of sturdy box can be used for years by the child and their family.
- If you only need resources like boy/girl labels or coloring sheets, you can download them right now from our resources page. Print at home or at your local library/school.
